The Deeply Rooted Bar
When word got out that Bait&Brew Bar was shutting its doors back in May, we knew we had to act fast as to not lose this McQueeney treasure. The Deeply Rooted Bar emerged to continue the legacy of the renowned Bait & Brew. The name for this bar came about to honor those deep roots which represent the patrons who have passed away—they nourish the metaphorical tree, their friendships, and family memories guiding us toward the future. It is only fitting that we consider Dale Mozisek, the main tap root to this bar, as he along with his wife Nancy Jo opened the Bait&Brew Bar 24 years ago. We would like to share our wall honoring Dale giving him a place to continue to oversee his beloved horseshoe bar
